Shipping policy

We offer Perth local and Australia wide deliveries. We currently do not offer international shipping.

After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to write instructions as instructed.  If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home responsibility is yours but contact us immediately to discuss. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delivery is between Monday and Friday.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate of $5 for STANDARD shipping of a box of 2 and a box of 5. For arrival times, please refer to AusPost's site: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times.  

 

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $49 within 10km.

For orders over $19, within 10km we charge $2 for local delivery.

For orders over $19, within 20km we charge $5 for local delivery.

Free local delivery for orders over $100.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can use AusPost Tracking: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@paganasporkcrackling.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
